Program Coordinator:

The Health Initiative is hiring a Program Coordinator to partner with area school districts and early care and education professionals in its Creating Healthy Schools and Communities (CHSC) project. CHSC works in St. Lawrence County to establish and support healthy communities as places where it is easier to practice healthier eating and physical activity behaviors.

This is a temporary, part-time position offered in renewable 60-day periods for a maximum of 6 months. 20 hours per week at $20.00 per hour. As a temporary position, benefits are not included. The Health Initiative offers a flexible work environment and hours, dependent on requirements of the position.
