HYDE, has been providing positive youth development and asset building skills since 2011 with the Teens HELP project. Our youth development activities do not contain sexual health education. They are designed simply to improve assets such as self-confidence and creative problem solving. Although we take this work very seriously, it’s important for the youth we serve to have fun. Many of our educational or skill-building activities look more like games than a classroom lesson.
Our mission is to provide youth ages 14-18, opportunities to positively impact their communities and their futures through personal development and collective involvement.
We want teens to be able to use this page as a resource for finding the tools they need to be successful in life after high school, whether they are going off to college, trade school, work force, military or anywhere else they find themselves.
